Carrier Shipping

If you need your luxurious silk flowers quickly, we recommend our carrier shipping option. Here's what you need to know:

  • Delivery Time: Typically, orders shipped via a carrier arrive within 2 to 5 business days. For urgent orders, express shipping can deliver your products within 2 days.
  • Personalized Service: To ensure you get the best possible shipping arrangement, please contact us directly at Gijs@majestic-silk.com. Gijs will assist you with a custom quote based on your specific requirements.
  • Pricing: Due to the variability of carrier services, we currently do not have a fixed pricing option. Each shipment is tailored to your needs and budget.
  • Compensation for Delays: If your carrier shipment is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we may offer a discount as compensation for the inconvenience.

Sea Freight Shipping

For a more economical option, especially for larger orders, Majestic Silk offers sea freight services:

  • Delivery Time: Sea freight delivery takes approximately 40 days. We consolidate monthly shipments, allowing us to pass on lower shipping costs to you. Shipping is scheduled once per month.
  • Tracking: Every order shipped via sea freight will include a detailed tracking number, so you can monitor your shipment throughout the journey.
  • Planning Ahead: If you’re considering sea freight, please reach out to us at Gijs@majestic-silk.com for the latest shipping dates and to coordinate your order.
  • Delivery Window: Given the nature of sea freight, we account for a delivery time variance of -5% to +5%, providing some flexibility for unforeseen delays. Compensation is not offered for delays within this window or those caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Monthly Shipping Discount

Each month, Majestic Silk offers a 5% discount on selected products. This discount is valid on a specific day, allowing us to consolidate orders and reduce transport costs. Keep an eye out for our special offers, and enjoy the savings when you place your order during the promotional window.

Returns

We understand that occasionally a product may need to be returned. Here's how we handle returns at Majestic Silk:

  • Carrier: Return shipments will be handled by FedEx. We will provide a return label, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Return Request Window: Customers must submit return requests within 72 hours of receiving their delivery.
  • Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our team at Gijs@majestic-silk.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

At Majestic Silk, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review the details below to understand our return policy:

Eligibility for Returns
  • Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. This ensures that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the products should be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all accompanying materials (e.g., certificates of authenticity, product tags).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or special-order items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
How to Request a Return
  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, send an email to Gijs@majestic-silk.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
    • A brief explanation of the reason for the return
  2. Return Authorization (RA): Once your request is received, our team will review the information and, if the return is approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number must be included with your return package.
  3. Return Shipping Instructions: You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product. Be sure to follow these carefully to ensure the product arrives in good condition.
Return Shipping Costs
  • Customer Responsibility: Unless otherwise agreed upon, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping Carrier: Returns must be shipped using FedEx, and the tracking number should be provided to us after shipment.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Please note that the original shipping fees paid during the purchase are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the original packaging, including any damage that occurred during shipping

Once verified, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return, and we will either issue a refund or send a replacement product.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on the condition of the returned product, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Full Refunds: Eligible returns that meet our return policy criteria will receive a full refund for the product price.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of wear or is not in its original condition, only a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of Majestic Silk.
  • Non-Refundable Items: As stated above, customized products and items on final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted product for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
