Shipping
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your package.
Yes, our primary focus is on the United States. If you wish to purchase Majestic Silk products elsewhere in the world, please contact us, and we will work with you to fulfill your request.
The delivery time depends on your choice of transport. If you choose sea freight, it may take 30 to 40 days for your order to arrive. If you select air freight, the shipment typically arrives within 72 hours. 24-hour delivery is possible but not recommended due to the high cost.
The shipping costs are included in the price. Majestic Silk offers two pricing options: Sea Freight or Air Freight. When registering your account, you must specify your preference. If you wish to change this, please contact us.
Returns
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.

Once payment has been made, you will receive your refund within 21 working days. It may take longer due to overseas banking processes.
For returns, you will send the products back via FedEx to the Netherlands. The returning company is responsible for the shipping costs unless the flowers are so damaged that they are unusable.
